Dr. Rohrbach is a trained Social Psychologist with expertise in stereotyping, prejudice, bias, and discrimination. With over 10 years in the tech industry, he's become a multi-faceted industry expert, understanding the business from multiple angles--merging valuable experiences in User Operations, Site Reliability, User Research, and Business Operations.  He has a wide array of skills and methods, but his speciality is guerilla-style research and project management to help teams move fast with confidence.

Dr. Caroline Kim

Dr. Kim is a trained Social Psychologist with expertise in attitude and behavior change. With over a decade of both quantitative and qualitative research leadership, she brings an array of advanced tools and strategies used to take on a wide range of business and product team needs. She specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, and building effective teams. She was awarded as “Leading International Emerging Psychological Scientist” by the International Congress of Psychology.
